Analyssis of conventional technologies for sawing.

In this work is a survey of conventional method of cutting of material used on common technological routine processed.Principle, used instruments, which are disposed and described in detail and example of used machines and its basic technical parameters are mentioned in each way of material division.In the end examples of aplications of these methods in production practise and summary of advantages and disadvantages of its use is mentioned.

The bachelor thesis deals with the general specification of the technology of dividing materials by grinding. It describes cutting wheels and defines basic technological parameters of the cutting process with regards to relevant technical standards. Several ways of measuring or calculating some of these parameters is demonstrated on a practical issue.

The first part explains the basic principles and methods of use and advantages and disadvantages of technology of material division with grinding operations and other methods of dividing the material. The second part is focused on the characteristics of cutting tools and cutting conditions of division with grinding operations. In the last part, the measured unit machine time of the technology of material division with grinding operations and two other methods of dividing the material and wear of cutting wheels are compared.
Efficiency Improvement of Grinding Technology Using Construction Adjustments

This thesis is oriented to technological and design direction. It is focused on the upgrading of existing machinery from a structural perspective. There is studied the impact of design modifications to the existing production process from a technological point of view. This thesis is specifically concentrated on the technology division of the material, especially on the technology cutting-off in dry condition. There is examined the ability of self-sharpening cutting tools and the quality of the final product under varying input conditions. The job is finished by the carried out techno-economic evaluation, where are compared the costs of the structural adjustments in comparison with mechanical equipment, that could be purchased on the market. The thesis is finished with overall analysis of the optimal efficiency of the production process.
